Welcome to Forged. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Forged mobile application (the "App") operated by Forged ("we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

The App offers a free experience (Days 1-7) and a paid subscription for full access. Subscription options include:
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

The Brotherhood feature allows you to connect with other men. When participating in Brotherhood groups, you agree to:
Safety First: If you encounter behavior that makes you feel unsafe or witness potential harm, please report it immediately and contact appropriate authorities if necessary.
The App contains content owned by us, including text, graphics, teachings, and software ("Our Content"). Our Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Our Content without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you create, such as journal entries and messages ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content in shared spaces like Brotherhood groups, you grant us a license to display it to other authorized users.
Scripture quotations are from various Bible translations used under license or within fair use guidelines. We do not claim ownership of Scripture text.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
The App provides spiritual content for personal growth purposes. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.
